St. James Assiniboia Minor Baseball Association is pleased to announce we will be hosting pre-season workouts again this winter.

Grandslam 2009/2010
Mosquito 2007/2008
Peewee 2005/2006
Bantam 2003/2004
Midget 2000/2001/2002

You will need indoor running shoes, shorts or ball pants, glove, and hat. Bat and batting helmet are optional but recommended.
