Online Registration
Late Registration fee of $25.00 are now being charged on registrations.
Registration for the 2019 season will close on April 10, 2019. After that time, registrations will only be accepted if spots are available. The amount of sports available may vary from age group to age group.
All registrations must be completed On-Line. Please click the button at the bottom on this page after reading all of the information to begin the registration.

Payment for registrations and tryout fees can be made using online using Visa or Mastercard.

If you would like to pay by cash, cheque or e-transfer, please select “Pay Offline”. Instructions for “Pay Offline” are below.
Anyone who requires a subsidy application MUST first complete the registration online and select “Pay Offline”. You must then contact your Baseball Convenor from your community centre to arrange to apply for & fill out your subsidy application. Convenor information can be found on the Board of Directors tab at the top of the home page.
In Person payment locations and times for those who selected “Pay Offline” will be determined at a later date. If you have selected “Pay Offline” you will be contacted in advance when the location has been determined.
If you are choosing to pay via e-transfer, please send to SJAMBABoard@shaw.ca. Use your child’s date of birth (monthdayyear, no capitals or spaces) for the security question. The Treasurer can obtain this information from the registration.
There will be a $25 NSF fee if a cheque is returned for any reason.
AAA & AA tryouts are being held simultaneously starting on Monday, March 11, 2019.
For AAA & AA Tryouts:
• Select “YES” on the registration form if you wish to be considered for either the AAA or AA program (age group 11U (AA only), 13U, 15U and 18U). Tryout fees of $75 will be added to your registration.
• Select “NO” if you wish for your child to play at the A level for 11U, 13U, 15U and 18U.
• For Rally Cap & Grand Slam, please select “N/A”.
• Registration Deadlines for Players Trying out for AA or AA:
11U & 13U – Wednesday, March 6, 2019
15U & 18U – Wednesday, March 13, 2019
All refunds require the approval of the SJAMBA Registrar and/or Board of Directors and are subject to a $25.00 refund processing fee and will be reimbursed via cheque.
All non-AAA & AA tryout registrations will be subject to a late fee of $25 if the player is not registered and PAID for by March 18, 2019.
